Masseria Pugliese Farm is a large rural structure completed in 1869, located just three kilometers from the coast of Ostuni. It originally housed the family home of the landowner on the upper floor. On the ground floor were located the accommodation of the farmer, the shelters for animals and deposits for fodder and crops.
Today Masseria Pugliese Farm is immersed in an estate of thirty-seven hectares of centuries-old olive trees. It can be rented for exclusive use to a group of up to 25 units. Alternatively, the farm can be divided into seven apartments equipped with every comfort. The atmosphere is typically Mediterranean thanks to the presence of two citrus groves with heady scents and a private swimming pool surrounded by a charming rock garden.
Masseria Pugliese Deluxe is located on the green hills of Ostuni in close contact with the Itria Valley. The location, built in 1872, has been recently renovated and transformed into a place where you can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Apulian countryside immersed in the green, among eucalyptus trees and typical wooded areas, without giving up the comforts of a stately residence.
Masseria Pugliese Deluxe is offered only for exclusive use to groups of up to 10 units.
The property's strengths include a beautiful late 19th-century villa, a loggia with a relaxation area, a small private wood for guests' use and a private outdoor swimming pool with views of the surrounding countryside.
